- Eligibility: To be eligible, the jersey must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- The Process: Contact us at support@rettoria.com first. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. (Items sent back without asking first won't be accepted).

- Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order immediately! If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix it.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, the refund is processed automatically to your original payment method.
